I’m a retired septuagenarian special education teacher. I taught children with special needs for 32 years! I enjoy the Symphony, plays, my book club, painting, reading, my 2 children and 6 grandchildren, dear friends, and the wildlife that visits my yard.
16x20 oil painting on cavas. “Delicate Arch” in Arches National Park in southern Utah. The arch is tall enough to fit a 4-story building within it, and sits on the edge of a steep bowl-shaped depression of rock. It can only be seen after a lengthy uphill hike, but it’s worth it.

Here’s one of my oil paintings. For those of you not familiar with the American West desert landscapes, this is Delicate Arch, in Southern Utah in Arches National Park. This arch is huge! A 4-story building can fit inside.
