I do hope there is sufficient momentum to get national improvements for cycling over the line. I can't help but feel there are more pressing issues they'll fling their money at though. But then, there's always more pressing issues 🤷🏻♂️

Absolutely. Waste trucks can no longer get down my cul de sac due to vehicles getting wider a narrowing the gap in the middle. This also applies to emergency vehicles. No one who should care seems to care though. What can we do? 🤷🏻♂️

I'm surprised the speed limit sign doesn't get a mention. A lot of motorists don't seem to understand these

I'm interested, and you'll know the answer to this, what happened to the Ardleigh Green railway bridge being renovated and the path widened for cyclists? I remember reading this in the plans. No mention or signage since. Is it shared use? 🤔

I'm hoping they'll reinstate the cycle tracks along the A12/A127, which were built during the 1930s. Most are still there, as you must surely be aware

To answer the long running question from drivers - "Why don't cyclists use cycle tracks". The ironic answer is - "Because of drivers". Keep parking on them, driving in them, pulling across them ...... cyclists will avoid them

Isn't it shame that we have to beg and build, to avoid being struck by a vehicle.
I'm sure that, if we went back to when they allowed vehicles to be used on the road, and showed them the future they would have baulked
