I hate to say it, but NFT's arent art, and they are now worthless, with the most expensive barely being $5. The market for this was a failure from the start, and the blockchain already disregarded NFT's too.
Please do us a favor and do not call NFTs art. Cause they aint

Ah, well shit- there is a clause for 3 years if its under a certain amount, but i think 1,400 exceeds that. Whatever the case, i hope it favors your side in the end.

Great news! Statue of limitations stop anyone from trying to collect debt over 4 years old on the dot! You should win this case easily if the judge isnt going to favor them over the law. Only limitation is 10 years if it involved an injury!

It does, and i wish that the debt relief program biden proposed wasnt shot down entirely. Im thankful i dont deal with debt, yet im still upset others are forced to deal with unreasonable amounts of debt to corpos who dont need the money regardless

It depends on the state too! Each one has a different law regarding said debt

If its too much ya dont have to answer, but what state do you live in? Each one has a very strict "x time to pay debt before you cant be sued" rule. That, and with 3rd parties, you have to be informed that the debt was passed on within a time period, otherwise they legally cant sue

5 years ago? Doesnt the statue of limatations prevent this? They cant sue you for a debt from that long ago.... right?
