Trump has never had to contact an insurance company to discuss his coverage, denied claims, etc. He's never had to worry about affording his medication, medical treatments, etc. He's just never experienced any of it. Many any congress haven't either. So they just don't get it.

The reason Kelly is minimizing the abuse of teenagers (by claiming that assaulting a 14 or 15 year old is not as bad as assaulting a 5 year old) is because she either suspects Trump did the former or already knows he did….
