This is what I’m doing to keep my anger at bay and my spirit alive. Baking sourdough crackers. Any other cracker bakers out there? I’d love to compare notes, flavors, process.

Fairly new here. Haven’t shown much of myself yet. Baked one of my best batches of bread the other day, using the Tassajara bread recipe and freshly milled, locally grown wheat flour. I am chuffed. Beautiful loaf, if I do say so myself. Delicious.
