When someone asks me what my biggest fear is and I can’t say being fed gluten intentionally with #CeliacDisease by a “loved one” I thought I could trust, so I just say heights.

PSA: someone’s gluten free dietary needs are STILL VALID even if:
- They don’t have an official celiac diagnosis
- They “only” have gluten intolerance and not CeliacDisease
- They have celiac disease but are asymptomatic
If someone says they need to eat #glutenfree, BELIEVE them‼️
- They don’t have an official celiac diagnosis
