It is time for state attorney generals to start exploring charging Musk and his minions with violating state laws. They are violating federal law but there is no one to charge them or prosecute. Trump would pardon anyways. They are criminal and probably have committed other crimes.

The DNC has to work diligently to roll back voter suppression laws. The only hope we have from preventing the people from storming the palace and having a civil war is for the DNC to begin to make inroads and give the people hope.

The DNC must present a comprehensive plan talking about taking back Congress at the midterms and the presidency in 2028. It must talk about reestablishing constitutional norms, impeaching Trump and laying out the case to the people. This plan must be broadcast on media outlets and to social media.

The DNC has to develop a plan to take back our government. They need to focus on the elections in Florida and April. Taking the House will be a stop gap measure until the midterms. They have to develop a robust campaign to highlight what the GOP is doing.

So when Musk and Trump refuse to follow court orders what will Congress do. They control DOJ and military.

Technology often is a determinant in history. The Iron Age led to shift, as did the printing press, the invention of gunpowder and the nuclear age to name a few. We are now in the technological age and Musk is using the technology to change our history. Congress is not equipped to stop him.

This will probably be a series of posts. We are in the middle of a hostile takeover by Elon Musk. In corporations, a hostile takeover often happens when a leader receptive to the takeover allows it to happen over the board’s objections. Trump is that leader and Congress is the board.

I have been musing about what is going on. I am noticing on FB a lot more trolling from conservative groups and I am thinking they are using any negative responses as a way to identify people they consider liberals. With Musk mining data from federal servers I fear they may weaponize IRS and SSA.
