Eventually they decided to all try and jump through a tiny slit all at once. Not knowing the very final guy we had available was a level 9 constructor with two burning passion buffs. So he had already put down a minefield in the time it took them to get there... and they all walked right in.

At the exact same time as this, Randy dropped us three cargo pods. Exactly on top of where they had spawned. Which killed two of the raiders instantly including their only sapper, so when they got to the walls nobody bothered to try and tunnel in, they just wandered around aimlessly.

I started playing again about two weeks ago, with a big pack of mods like PrepareCarefully & Alpha Animals, last night the pirates decided to raid us. Right as everyone had just finished fighting because the newest person we took in (accidentally) killed the son of our most important colonist.
