I started reading last year

The Priest Series made me realize I liked smut

The Ruinius Love trilogy made me realize I like Dark Rom Com

And the Cat & Mouse Duet made me realize I like Dark Romance

This was the last read of February and not at all what I expected but I LOVED IT.

I’ve read Corrupt (by the same author) and didn’t like it. I knew it was taboo and had heard it be mentioned a few times on #booktok so I went in not expecting much….

I’m so glad I gave this author another try

It took me 10 days to finish this book and most of it felt like torture 🥹😭

The plot had potential but I didn’t like the way it was written. It came across as super repetitive and boring 🫣

The smut scenes were lackluster

I would NOT recommend reading it (I feel bad for thinking this 🥲) #booksky
