We don't just need safe spaces for women.

We need safe spaces for everyone.

I just want to make it very clear that every student who wants to learn (and indeed a few who don't really want to do anything of the sort) is welcome at East Kent Tutors. Every parent, regardless of gender, faith or race is welcome.

My reply was simple - "I'd ask whether she was a cat that wanted to pass her GCSEs, & if she did, she could identify as she pleased. I'm interested in minds, not identities."

The Supreme Court ruling has been welcomed by many, but caused others, including people I hold dear, utter devastation.

Is it helpful, that as a woman, I now have to share my spaces with trans-men sporting penises and beards?

Do I feel safe beacuse of this ruking? Absolutely not!

Where are the 3rd spaces for trans people or is it helpful in the sense that post-surgical transwomen are safe in Men's loos?

Lovely blog post. I got married in Sicily and several days later we went up Etna we were in T shirts and shorts, much to the horror of the Sicilians, who were all wrapped up in overcoats.

I know trans friends who have had many horrible experiences.

My heart goes out to you. Here in the UK, we had a similar situation with Johnson rising roughshod over parliament. Saying this too will pass doesn't help much when you are in the midst of the chaos.
