him do things, don't fully convince me sometimes. i feel like he'd be faster―completely unclear like he teleported. unless he just simply holds back for wtv necessary reason depending on the situation or intention/whoever he's handling.

when i see him run in media, yes he's fast and you can see the speed trail, but its precisely bc of this that i wonder how is he not faster? i mean, how is he still visible as he's running away? i'm not saying he has to make it look like he teleported (or maybe i do😭), but the seconds in which i see

people with different health complications or anxiety disorders to handle. but to be carried by someone as fast as the flash, would if not affect everyone? i also always thought that if flash is as fast as light, he should be faster than he's depicted. instantaneous. fast as switching on the light.

what i don't understand about this, is how would it really affect you? is his speed not too fast for our brains to handle? would the speed at which flash takes you away not kill you? breath-wise? neck-wise? cardiac-wise? its the same reason some ppl avoid roller coasters, no? bc they're too fast for

misunderstanding began with joker and harley. that's where i first noticed it, and a moment of prayer for those who still dont know harlequins are a thing 💔 i definitely recommend commedia dell'arte! and adventuras de buratino !

referred to as a clown or jester, he is called a trickster, because he is―and a humiliating one at that. i've never read the comics, but those include graphic violence apparently. so sounds like a crossover between him and joker would incinerate the earth. soo anywayy, i do think the (2/3)

and well, modern clowns in the west are all about their cheer and whimsical gaiety. pierrot was more well-beloved in france at the time. it didnt have to do with the distance like i previously thought since he was still known. it took another two centuries before he was involved with the rest. so, if you know your entertainers, joker's name feels kinda off, ANDD you wouldn't associate harley quinn with jesters. he's potrayed like an evil clown, but he's called the joker, and jokers are jesters, not clowns. his facepaint is also obviously clownish inspired. it kinda blurs the (3/4)

you're right, jesters and clowns are not the same, and date all the way back to ancient egypt and rome. clowns are modern entertainers whereas jesters performed for the royal courts. joker being known as the 'clown prince of crime' was probably chosen because it rolls off the tongue better (1/4)

while the game became depressing and tragic in a newfound way for me, it was truly inspiring at the same time. really, this game was awesome despite what versus xiii could've been. i do believe they are two separate stories after all. 2/3
