Arizona’s 15-week abortion ban has been struck down, with a judge ruling that it’s “immediately and permanently and forever” blocked. Repro rights groups filed the lawsuit after voters in Nov made abortion a right via Prop. 139. Access to abortion is now left up to doctors & their patients
