To avoid disappointment, expect nothing but right-wing propaganda from the BBC on any social or economic issue. You cannot reason with them, and it’s not worth giving them your attention. You’ll only end up frustrated, and that’s a waste of your time and energy.

I used to feel that way. The antidote is to picture yourself at 80 years old, and then to imagine that you've just been given the opportunity to start over at the age you are today, then you do your best to live your life the way you wish to from this point in time.

You have inspired me to get another one soon. The plan is eight rings in diminishing diameters and gauges as they go up the ear (at the moment one ear has five and one has six, so we're getting there). I already have the rings, just need to get the piercings! x
