Unfortunately, this appears to be an entirely correct conclusion. The truth is, all of us should have seen it months ago but no one wanted to admit a truth this appalling. But it also explains so many of the moves that this admin has taken. It is exactly as stated: culling the weak.

No, he didn't. The court case was closed "without prejudice." That means that when the Traitor is out of office, the case can be re-opened. It's the best that can be done for now under these circumstances.
