How are you staying calm and centered with all the disasters and turmoil these days?
Exercise is my go to that helps me keep my mind clear and able to think strategically rather than being overwhelmed. That’s hard to maintain these days. So I’m wondering what you do.

Such a terrible, heartbreaking Guadelupe River flash flood in Texas. I can’t even imagine how terrible it is for parents of girls who are missing and those already found dead.
My mother went to Camp Mystic. I went to Kickapoo Camp. We swam in the Guadalupe River. Hoping hard for more survivors.
