I've heard that from a few folks who take Zyrtec. Anecdotally, it's associated with "cog-fog", but I guess that as a side effect it's too vaguely defined to easily link to the med? I've seen friends have bad experiences with Zyrtec, and they're surprised because of its 'non-drowsy' reputation.

Thank you! So make sure I understand: rabies hasn't been found in the UK, but the HSA is urging caution because bats are the ideal vector?

I am not from the UK, so I absolutely could be wrong about this: From what I read, the UK Health Security Agency says that a medical provider should be consulted over any bat bite due to the risk of rabies. Is there another agency or group that you suggest I look up?
