My idea of prescription strength hanging out is having a snack and talking about deeply rooted childhood trauma. Probably smoke together too, unless they don't happen to cope that way.

I'd pay all my bills and debts, then I would let my body rest and heal from years of manual labor, and then I would pursue my hobbies in a way that was supportive for my community. I would work on projects at the pace that is right for me. I could finally slow down.
