He was abhorrant. Gun violence is a problem, and he felt that lives should be sacrificed to keep our gun rights freedoms. He was a willing sacrifice if you believe his words.

Also, I'm pro 2A, and pro gun control. Have guns, be liscenced.
Herr Goebbels was a loving father of 6, a husband, an uncle. I mourn for his family and the devastating loss they suffered. No child deserves to live without a father. May God be with them in this dark time. I want to make one thing very clear…. Political violence has no place in the Reich. Goebbels was a man who believed in his right to free speech and freedom of expression. He was a man with a vision, and a master of words. A true force and a Patriot of this good land. Like him or not, he didn’t deserve to die for his ability to create narratives for the Party, that was his job. It’s truly disgusting that some of you could celebrate the death of a man, a father, a HUMAN BEING. This is not going to help the left’s cause, you have only given the party more fuel, and they will use it to animate themselves against us who aren’t party members, or activists, but just ordinary middle/working class people. Seriously, some of the posts I’ve been seeing from my Jewish, gay, and leftist activist friends celebrating his death are repulsive. I don’t know if I even want to be friends with you anymore. My friends kid (who is 11/12) taught himself how to make sock monkeys and made this wonderfully creepy creation.

I had to share because I love it so much.
