TIME FOR SURF_KITSUNE!!

second drop in this porting adventure with some changes and experiments.

mainly trying out locking player height to a set height to achieve a better feel/experience of scale (accurate to hammer units)

after bashing my head against multiple failed implementations for the past couple days (THANKS UDON PLAYER API FOR BEING TRASH), VR is decently enough supported in v1.02 of surf_utopia_njv!

give it a try and let me know how it is!
(from my tests it was quite difficult🫠)

(desktop works quite well, vr is buggy and not recommended for now)
