In the last 4 meetings with Slovakia, England have only scored 5 goals in close games. He was instrumental for Germany getting 6 including a second half when they sat deep and he picked holes through the their packed defence. He’s inexperienced but he has it.

I was on the New Deal at the Scope charity shop in the 90s and the amount of James Last vinyl that came in was mind bottling. I did get the pick of the new vinyl though which once included One Nation Under a Groove with the 7” still inside so that was good

But like you say, teams are sitting in so not much space. Maybe the solution is Woltemade and Wissa with the 3rd midfield dropping out. We have a transitional season by the looks of it, which is fine, we’re on a bumpy track but i’m sure they’ll make it work.

I’m just amazed at how insanely marked NW is every game, i think him starting so well has not been good as his reputation sky rocketed and now teams are up his arse. The fact we cant mix it up front cant be overstated- seriously need Wissa available to help after international break

I agree it was asking for trouble but Outarra did dive twice - this just seems to be accepted now when in the past if a player threw himself in to the air with debatable contact there’d be Outarrage!

Although his contract length is great that didn’t stop a certain someone from causing a problem so It would look good to Tonali and his reps to offer increased wages as reward for his performances since he came back from his ban. Although I don’t know if such things cause problems for PSR 🥱
