It proves that Hungary’s actions are not a policy disagreement — they are an attack on the very foundations of the Union.”

This ruling is not the end of the legal road, nor does it automatically repeal the ban on Budapest Pride that violates Hungarians' fundamental rights to freedom of speech & assembly. But it is a huge step forward in halting Viktor Orbán's use of homophobia & transphobia to advance authoritarianism.
