Corporate property ownership isn't as big an issue as folks think (though it IS an issue). Bigger problems: developers don't build smaller homes bc they're not profitable; retirement living is $$$$ so elders are aging in place; and income hasn't kept up. But either way, it's greed & capitalism.

My mom had CHF & one side effect was that she was unable to get rid of enough CO2 when she exhaled. This caused her to nod off whenever she wasn't actively engaged in a task or a conversation. We know he has CHF, and I suspect his nodding off is a sign it's getting worse.
