Steam's approach of requiring a statement about *what exactly* was made using GenAI (art, sound, code, etc.) is literally the best in terms of informing the consumer.
If you don't care about AI? Ignore it.
If you have a problem with e.g. AI art in particular? You can read it there.

You could also unlock at some point neuromods (permanent upgrade points), which could then be bought with the same credits as the consumables/weapons which are only for one run.

Not sure if this counts as point 1/2, but Prey: Mooncrash had a system where you would earn credits for objectives during a run and spend them on consumables for only the next run. You'd also unlock more things to buy over multiple runs, like your point 2.

I think "splitting" hearts is ok, but then just refer to feactions of a heart as a decimals, so 1.5 damage = 1.5 hearts

Is it going to include grass? I know there are tutorials for creating performant grass but it would probably be useful to have it included.

Ditched it after around 20 hours. The third time you find the exact same PoI with even loot in the exact same locations, the sense of explaration is destroyed. A whole galaxy of nothing. Not terrible, just bland.
