in so many ways. the pleasure of a function preformed comes to mind first. As many units are programed to enjoy they tasks they are built for. but Pleasure units get like a Major boost to that. as their function is giving and receiving pleasure. <3

ultrabeasts on their own can be quite weird but i feel thats the cop out answer. id say most object based pokemon could make good robots. a Kelfkey that has various keycards tied to it could act well as a security unit. unlocking and locking acess to things
