this hits *hard* for me as someone who’s aroace and battling queerplatonic feelings- I was so confused and scared when I gained ‘squishes’ on my now-qpps. everyone I talked to said it had to be romantic, but it never felt right, and made me question everything about myself-

besides, it’s not like your takes on them are canon, or that you’re imposing on others! if they wanna whine about it, they should just go ahead and make their own portrayals of them; and if people are gonna be pissy about something as human as different opinions, then that’s on them— (2/2)

in no way, shape, or form are you annoying or toxic (both as a fan of the future trio and in general)! we may have all played the same game, but our interpretations of how the characters act are different, and I think that’s beautiful! it’s normal to have different takes on this kind of stuff! I got into EOS very recently, so I haven’t seen every side of the fandom yet, but it absolutely *baffles* me that duskvyle receives any sort of hate when they are not only such wonderful and complex characters on their own, but also have such an amazing dynamic in SE5, romantic or not-
