In good news: they broke ground in Canberra today for a new 34-meter dish for the Deep Space Network! There can never be enough data relay capacity for deep-space missions. Best wishes for DSS-33's construction to run ahead of schedule and under budget. www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/nasas-d...

I can’t help but wonder of the 75,000? Employees that are agreeing to quit and resign from the government, how many of those positions are vital and will still have to be filled?

Uggh. Just had to correct an employee who read off an ai summary that Eisenhower was president during WWII and started German internment camps in the US and believed it. #factcheck
