A deck of cards with QR codes that launch AI mentor conversations?

Yes. @sethgodin.bsky.social did it.

And it revealed a pattern you can steal for museums, classrooms, workshops—anywhere people get stuck.

Turns out you can invite anyone into an AI conversation—Steve Jobs, Marie Curie, even Hermione Granger.

It’s a game changer for working with AI!

At Patolli Kaffeebar in Munich. A nice, cozy place, and laptop-friendly, too!

Just started my own YouTube channel! 🎉

Feeling… a bit nervous, tbh. 😬

Anyway: What topics would you like to see me talk about on video?

Worried about your job, the economy, or politics?

The good news is: you’ve survived 100% of your worst days already! This one won’t be different.

Here’s what helped me move from worry to action during tough times:

It is becoming more and more difficult to rent an EV in Germany (Munich). Most model options and availability have all but vanished from major car rental companies. WTF?
Did they over-invest 3-4 years ago, then pulled the plug (sic) too early?

Today for dinner: home-made ”Yakitori Don“, though I cheated a bit by using ready-made Teriyaki Sauce 😅.

First time working in a self-booked coworking space. It works, and there are few distractions, but I’ll continue looking for some nicer options around.

Had a nice barbecue with the family yesterday. Hopefully, there will be still some balcony-ready days left this year!

Back from vacation!

Rented a Polestar 2 for a road trip from Munich, Germany to Riva del Garda, then Sottomarina, near Chioggia, Italy.

Spent time reading, running on the beach, cooking, enjoying the Italian lifestyle, and doing some recreational coding.

Have a great week!

Just finished an end to end automation from these NFC cards to playing the corresponding radio stations/playlists fully automatically 🃏⚙️🎶.

Just scan and enjoy!
(The bunny is for turning everything off.)

Tomorrow, I‘ll start dumping my brain into a blog post full of notes.

AI as your innovation workshop co-pilot! 🤖✨

Jeremy Utley shows how AI helps with:

- Making sense of messy insights

Finally found a name for what I've been doing for 27 years: Expert Generalist.

That person who translates between specialists, finds connections, and never fits the job description? Yep.

Here’s why building bridges might be your best career move in the AI age: constantin.glez.de/posts/2025-0...

Just finished this little book by Lilly Singh (not on Bluesky, yet?): Be a Triangle

What a nice little gem of a book! It was given to me as a gift from a colleague and I love it!

You should read it, so you can be a triangle, too.

🤖 Stop asking AI to write your code. Ask it to teach you instead.

I just rebuilt my blog header using AI as a teacher, not a coder.

Summary: "There's no compression algorithm for experience... but AI is a great experience accelerator!"

Yesterday, I rebuilt my own URL shortener from scratch with Claude Code!

The key lesson: AI coding isn't about writing code—it's about planning. I spent over an hour just talking through architecture decisions before a single line of code was written.

Don't rush to code—plan instead

Just added Webmention support to my blog! 🎉

Think @-mentions, but for websites – now when you comment on my posts here on Bluesky, they'll show up on my blog too via brid.gy + webmention.io. Pretty neat!

What I am doing now? 🤔

Guess what, there’s a page for that, now. 🥁

constantin.glez.de/notes/2025-0...

A very cool idea I got from Derek Sivers a while ago. Now I finally got the time to set it up.

Everyone should have a "now page". Do you have one?
