The original masonry at the #Stoughton Fire Department HQ ( #SFD ) front door was uncovered - and is in good enough condition to be restored. The craftsmanship and detail is fantastic - glad we get the chance to reveal some of the original building.

Historic #Stoughton Fire Department HQ progress has been swift. The majority of demolition (entire interior and an addition built in 1970) is complete and has exposed all sorts of details. This is one end of a large truss supporting both the roof and the 2nd floor.
