This hit me pretty hard. Some people don't know I was a paramedic for over 30 years. I have sat with the homeless under overpasses, in alleys, in parking lots behind the dumpsters, everywhere they live when their luck runs out. Thank you Union Rescue Mission.

Seen in my travels through Wales. This is the royal observatory at Swansea. Yes I know it's small- but perhaps mighty, nonetheless. The 2 small hills in the background, at the mouth of the bay, may be the reason why the neighboring community of Mumbles got it's name.

I just got the cover art for Tears from my publisher. Twill be out in time for Christmas, possibly even before Thanksgiving. And this time there is also going to be an audiobook!!

I have been following the California volcano trail. This is Burney Falls, majestic and beautiful. A wonderful 2 mile walk through a vibrant forest gets you to the base of this year around Falls. I may set my next novel in a fictional setting here.
