100% of the world’s problems are by people picking stuff up without a plan for letting it go.
I’ll have to watch. Not surprising, the global system requires circulation of energy (forms of money, tangibles, services) to persist. The best we could do is slow the economic engine so its heat output matches what we can radiate. 3 day work weeks!

Live by power, end by power. They play like the citizenry will sit by idle forever. Miller and team want to drag all of us into situations with large consequences as unstable situations offer opportunities for profit at the expense of others. Follow the money.

“Over the air update.” Sounds safe…. Yet it is the trend for those living on the edge.

The universe is driven by mathematically chaotic systems with low probability outcomes that exponentially deviate from the average defining our existence and experience. God is definitely not in any box we define. Not the comfy zone for us. We ride the crest of the wave, the gift from God.

If a human on a bike does a bunny hop, what does a bunny on a bike do?

The problem is the ever growing power of the oligarchy. Billionaires be buying and that needs management. How to effectively do that being the question.

Makes me think humans are more like butterflies blown in the wind than they’d like to imagine.

Justice is “the management privilege.” The privilege of those who amass much from the multitude of others around them needs management.

Also, to quote Rammstein, “Wer hoch steigt, der wird tief fallen.” When times are good are minds are liberated to explore the bad, fearing the fall. When times are bad our minds seek liberation from the bad, desiring the rise.

I’m surprised that the author of the paper was surprised when it was found softer media was desired during Covid. A good bout of suffering teaches that lesson.

Chevron’s license from the US government to operate there requires no revenue to flow to the Maduro government. I say open the books to see how this magic is done and put CEO’s in prison if in fact revenue is staying in Venezuela via taxes or fees or indirectly by salaries or CAPEX.

The Venezuelan government is a mess and totally corrupt. No sympathy for its wealthy who float and fill the boat. Why does the US continue to allow Chevron to operate there? Double standard no doubt, but of course not surprising. This needs more attention.

Fortitude with style I’d imagine. Somehow the Americans removed all positive connotation of the word.

I got the sense that there was a backstory to the ad as it uses the term “central heating” as if it is a new thing, which for old buildings it was. And did they really say “lashes” of milk?

More lawsuits need to be in criminal court not civil. However since those are not self-funding, the people have to be willing to contribute to their execution vs. wanting settlement money (which can follow). Fear of incarceration will make a difference.

Capitalists that outsourced all their manufacturing of clothing to low cost countries which Trump is saying he’s trying to fix, but in the end is only making US manufactured products too expensive to ever sell to the much larger non-US market.
