On top of this list; he is a bonafide insurrectionist without disguising it or refuting it and also has killed over 600K americans by mismanagement of the pandemic; 34 felony convictions for election interference; the biggest failure in business and has been identified as the most dangerous and incompetent person on the planet by forensic psychiatrists around the world. He is disqualified to be president and also did not actually win the election when you count all the legal votes. This is who the cult thinks should be pooping his pants in the oval office. Who cares what this illegitimate illegal president says or does? Nothing he says is true and nothing he does is relevant or valid. Please focus the national conversation on one thing only and that is that he is illegally in the White House via the 14th amendment section 3, and this requires no congressional action to uphold the constitution. The only way that this insurrectionist could be legally the president is by instituting an amnesty vote where 2/3 majority of both house and Senate is required to remove the disability. This would never be accomplished, and therefore the disability would never be removed and ergo he is not and would not be ever the president.

These psychiatrist are non-partisan and they have attempted to warn society for years. I attended the WHA Advocacy Day 2025 and met with state legislators and listened to a panel of bipartisan legislators. The bottom line is that while the democrats point out the disastrous current administration policies and the republicans attempt to continue to sane wash the presence of an insurrectionist and his wrecking ball unqualified and illegal administration, the disqualified felon 45 has racked up 14 impeachable offenses. While the state elected officials would like to separate themselves from federal issues, they cannot deny that the presence of the worst pathological and illegal squatter in the WH is the root of all our disasters from 2016-2020 and now has been allowed to quash the success of the Biden Harris administration in just 4 months. Let’s be clear; 1) DOGE is not a confirmed department and they do not have the authority to override congressionally approved allocations.2) felon 45 is not a legitimate president due to the 14th amendment section 3 disqualification.3) The Supreme Court allowed the felon to be on the ballot because it said that the states did not have the authority to remove the insurrectionist from the ballot which has been argued by many constitutional scholars as being unconstitutional.4) regardless of being allowed to be on the ballot, the Supreme Court never refuted the fact that felon 45 was an insurrectionist. 5) People have the disinformation that something has to be done in order to implement the 14th amendment section 3; this amendment is self executing just as not being at least 35 years old or natural, born citizen, disqualifies one from being eligible. 6) in order to remove the disability that currently exists, it requires a 2/3 majority vote from both the house and the Senate. 7) there is no way that there would be enough votes that would approve of removing the disability. 😎 Ergo, Trump/felon 45/insurrectionist is illegally occupying the White House and illegally making executive orders and the entire administration is illegitimate. 9) anything that has been done by this fraud administration is challengeable in court. State Supreme Court candidate Susan Crawford should be the obvious choice for all Wisconsinites. This should be no contest if not for the wayward cult supporters who are constantly voting against their own best interest. I spoke to Judge Crawford about 14th amendment section 3 disqualifying felon 45 from legally obtaining presidency. Constitutional scholars concur that Trump is not legally the president. Time to submit a lawsuit to remove insurrectionist 45 and this illegal administration from office since our elected officials will not uphold their oath of office.

It’s not politics at this point; it’s knowing the difference between right and wrong and either having a moral compass or not. Anyone who supports an insurrectionist , convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, fraudster, defamer, pathological liar, absolute worst and most dangerous person on the planet; cannot be considered in any way shape or form, a respectable human being. These people are supporting something that is against everyone’s best interest and are truly not able to intelligently support any positive outcome or reasoning for supporting such a grave and deplorable situation. Tomorrow is an organized event through 50-50/one; there will be demonstrations at all state capitals to let our Elected Officials know that we are not in support of this insurrectionist and illegal occupants in the White House terrorizing our nation. We the people must take back our government because we are the people that vote these elected officials to represent us and to protect us from terrorists, foreign and domestic. Felon45/47 was found guilty of insurrection by the House who impeached him for it; by the bipartisan J6 committee and finally by Colorado courts and Colorado Supreme Court. The notion that he has to be convicted of insurrection is a moot point. Once you are guilty of insurrection or giving and comfort to an insurrectionist ( which felon 45/47 has both orchestrated, incited and has continued till this day to give aid and comfort since allowed to be on the ballot)you are disqualified! SCOTUS NEVER REFUTED THE FACT THAT HE WAS AN INSURRECTIONIST! They only allowed him to be on the ballot. The constitution is clear; constitutional scholars and former Republican judge Luttig concurs that we have an illegal president. Everything he has done to date is illegal. Regardless of how you feel about the fact that Kamala Harris was robbed of 3.565 million votes, the fact remains that Trump,aka felon 45 is not legally the president. Enter President Harris. Let me try to explain this to you like you are in second grade trying to learn cursive. The person sitting in our White House acting as president is disqualified under the 14th amendment section 3. This is an illegal presidency. In order for the certification that was illegally done on January 6, 2025 to be validated. The disability of being an insurrectionist has to be removed by a 2/3 majority vote in both the house and the Senate. The 14th amendment section 3 is self executing. It does not require anyone to invoke it. It is part of the constitution. The only way to remove this is for the entire Congress to vote to remove it. This has never been done at any time since the election results were illegitimately reported. Regardless of whether or not You believe that the purged votes, the ones that were thrown out, the ones that were challenged or misdirected to the wrong precinct or whether or not you believe the vote tabulation was manipulated because the Republicans have the software illegally for the last three years is irrelevant. I do believe that it has been proven that Kamala Harris has infact won the election both the popular and electoral vote, but that is also irrelevant. What is relevant is that an insurrectionist cannot take office. Until Congress votes to remove the disability by 2/3 majority, the convicted felon and insurrectionist is illegally holding office of the presidency. We are letting the person who belongs in prison, control the prison and everything else from which he has stolen. If you don’t see the idiocy of this, we will continue to watch the sinking ship of democracy and the rise of authoritarian rule.

Felon 45 hasn’t done one thing fair and square in his life and all of a sudden you think that a convicted felon and adjudicated rapist and adjudicated fraudster who still owes $600 million and the insurrectionist who is the worst domestic terrorist in the history of our country and was rated the worst president in history from 2016 illegitimate presidency all of a sudden has gained popularity of the entire United States when he lost a popular vote by 8 million votes in 2020 and all of a sudden has won all swing states when it hasn’t been done in 40 years? You’ve got to be completely irrational to believe that a person who has cheated essentially everyone he’s ever done business with and including cheating charities all of a sudden won a free and fair election? The data is clear and it comes from the board of elections. 4.77 million votes were purged. All the other data for uncounted votes is correct. Election truth, alliance has identified irregularities in the bell curves of the presidential election and has determined that votes were taken from Harris and given to felon 45. There is no way this was a free and fair election. It’s such an oxymoron to say anything being fair with Trump’s name in the same sentence. How ridiculous can you be?
