I'm enjoying that I am now reading a online version of _La Répertoire de la Cuisine_ in the original and I think I'm understanding it pretty well. I've owned the English translation for >25 years, and my study of French was only grades 7-12. But hey, indo-euro language, I can figure most of it out.
