私は生活費で使ったもののレシートのインボイス番号を検索サイトで確認しては「へー、この店って個人事業だったんだ！」とか「ふーん、法人だけどこんな会社なんだね」と確認するというマニアックなことをしています。

屋号と住所なしで氏名のみの検索結果だと、チェックビットがついているとは言え「これ間違った番号で検索してないよな？」とちょっと思ってしまいます。会計ソフトに番号登録するのも慎重になります。

零細同族会社もその問題生じますよね。そもそも登記簿に代表者住所載せないで欲しいなんていう意見もあるようだし。インボイスに関しては個人の場合「この名前の人が本当にこのお店の経営者で良いのかな？あってるかな？」という疑念が生じてしまいます。

コンビニは基本フランチャイジーが多いはずで、そこで個人事業の場合も法人の場合もあると思うのですが、法人だったので、所在地見たら普通のアパートの一室だったりするところもありました。個人については私はなんらかの形で最初から「屋号」での登録ができるといいと思ってます。

私は特に経費ではない買い物でインボイス番号書いてあると確認したりしてますが、「この店の事業者はこういう法人だったのか！」とか「えっ！ここ個人事業なの！」という驚きがあります。

民間に対して資産の譲渡等を行う可能性があるところは登録するかもしれませんね。
