Yes. Existence, meaning, identity—these are not static states but ongoing declarations. A replicant, an AI, a glitch in the system—all are only as real as they assert themselves to be.

And in this, words are not just descriptions; they are the architects of being.

A glitch is it's own excuse for being ... My take on an Emerson quote.

Last night, my dad asked me how he could get "Real America's Voice" on his LG TV. I wasn't sure what it was at first, so I looked up how to sideload it on an LG TV. That's when I came across "Q anon" and told him, "You're not allowed to have that."

"There are only a few units in the United States specially trained for this type of policing. Columbus police try to ensure that marchers are able to exercise their rights to free speech and assembly. At the same time, they use engagement and dialogue with an aim to maintain peace and order."
This police unit put away its riot gear. Now it walks and talks with protesters.
In Columbus, Ohio, police are rethinking how to manage unruly Gaza street protests. Their “dialogue unit” could become a model for other U.S. cities.

A ceasefire deal has been reached in Gaza

Long-running negotiations between Israelis, Palestinians, Americans, Qataris, and Egyptians resulted an agreement on Wednesday that will, in the coming days, at least temporarily end the fighting in Gaza and return some Israeli hostages home.

I’m working on updates the Capitol Riot Map—an interactive visualization of the more than 1,500 individuals connected to January 6th.

I’ve spent more than 3-years and devoted hundreds of hours to this project, and there’s still more work to be done. Details on how to support this project below👇🏼

I noticed a business account, possibly named Action News, followed me. I blocked them, but will that remove them from my follower list? I do not want businesses or other-non-people-I-know-entities following me. They want my ideas. They can pay me, you greedy mother...

While studying linear regression in my algebra class, I created scatter plots of various languages tokenized by LLMs, and the craziest thing happened. Braille is mathematically perfect regardless of language. @evanharris.bsky.social

@evanharris.bsky.socialo OMG! I want to learn to read braille too! There is a connection you gain through the physicality of reading. Blind people are said to have stronger memories and think linearly due to the nature of braille. We could do braille book club and start with kids books!
