People seem to be amazed my trainer is in Florida and I'm in the Midwest. We talk every week. He loads my workouts on an app so I can log progress. I sweat like no one's business from his workouts 4 times per week. It works well for me. If you're on IG, he's Alterego Coaching.

We had to trade in our 16 year old F150 today. It was a great truck, but sadly starting to slip. We're now owners of a Bronco Sport. It's pretty sharp....and gets great gas mileage.
