CDC doesn't yet have a Bluesky presence, so I'm sharing their Twitter post about my son JJ, whose sudden death in 2020 was likely caused by a "mild" influenza infection. Please get vaccinated ASAP to help prevent more deaths like JJ's. ❤️💉

A new study led by Laura Bohrer and Nick Stone is out today in the journal Stem Cells! In this manuscript we describe development of a micro-fluidic mechanoporation platform (CellFE) and cGMP compliant protocols to enable CRISPR correction of disease causing mutations in patient iPSCs.
