Eh it’s okay I guess, bog standard ARPG riddled with performance issues and bugs.
The games art and sound direction is absolutely gorgeous though and it’s worth playing just to see how beautiful it is.

Just rolled credits on the main storyline, had a lot of fun with it aside from the odd nag with systems and occasional bug. Felt a lot more mature and the humour was much less cringe than 3. Really hoping the DLC’s add a lot more to it in the future!

Borderlands 4 - 9/10

Metal Gear Solid 4 - 9/10
Simply one of the best games I’ve played. Being half game/half drama series with a movie length ending took nothing away from the experience and I definitely shed a few tears.
Also, act 4 is the best fan service and farewell to MGS’ inception too!

I should just stick to 2D, Saturn and Dreamcast era Sonic.

Playing the newly enhanced version and it’s pretty cool. Wasn’t aware of Heretic being the 1st game as I’d only played Hexen back in the day.
The level design and soundtrack are incredible, but the flaccid weapons and unforgiving enemy difficulty let it down.

Good lord, Kojima was so far ahead of his time making this masterpiece of a surreal spy thriller.
Playing it again after 20+ years, it holds up so so well aside from the limited controls and the 32 bit era jank.
A mega classic.
