I think first and foremost I have decided that I'm not fond of how raglans look on me 😭 secondly i rowed out SO bad in the white section of that cardi lmfao and i know it's specifically from when my left hand started hurting and i decided to try changing my hold when purling (didn't work at all)

I'm halfway thru the first sleeve and honestly i've been really really unhappy with the fit of the whole thing so i fear. I'm going to frog it AGAIN. Just for my peace of mind. One day i will get it right lmao
Shortly after I finished the purple cardi in June, I frogged this 😭 I've been working on it on and off since and rn I'm doing the button band before moving on to the sleeves :3

Hilariously, doing all this has prompted me to actually do some minor weight lifting to strengthen my unstable shoulders. Even though I knew it would be beneficial to me as an illustrator, I didn't actually do anything about it until now 😭 it's literally the exact same problems too...

In between all that I made a scarf I'll probably give to my friend, self drafted headphone socks (cuz the cushions are peeling 🥲), a shrug my mom asked me for, and a cute headband that I think I need to take in a little bit. It'll be perfect for the holidays tho 😌

I also borrowed the steamer so I'm looking forward to steam blocking...... the button band is so tightly bound off despite how hard I tried to make sure it was loose :/ I hope the body being blocked will at least help overall

UPDATE!!!! I just finished the first sleeve today lollll and a couple weeks ago & sewed the adorable buttons on!!!!!

I finished the bottom ribbing and wound some of my yarn into a ball (by hand. On a chopstick) cuz I realized I'm gonna need two sources of yarn for each side of the band/collar. YAHOO (I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE THIS CARDIGAN SINCE JANUARY)

Did I. Never post the giant cardigan. Omfg. I finished it in like February 😭 the moment my exam was over I speedran it :3 it's massive (bc I didn't realize I made a mistake at the very beginning) and a bit heavy, but it's so freakin comfy

I'm trying to knit myself things to wear when I potentially go back to school and cardigans are a huge one... I used to always wear them to school originally cuz the rise of my uniform pants was way too low but now it's kinda just. For comfort

oh man I've been neglecting this account lol. Back in late March I started working on the sweet spring cardigan from drops. I've added a lot more to the body since dividing the sleeves and I'm almost finished with that part!!!! I'm so excited. Everything just flies by after that point.
