Not only that but payroll for medical practice has been harder and harder to meet due to decreased reimbursement. Now who knows if we will get any reimbursement for the Medicaid patients we have already treated. Providers are leaving practice due to burnout.

Great but my job is treating underserved people in my day to day job. My patients and families are directly impacted by this situation of stopping funding for Medicaid and Headstart. This will kill people. No hyperbole no exaggeration.

I would love to delete but I don’t have another platform to advertise my shop and classes that gets as much attention. I would love to use Bluesky but it’s not quite the same. I hate that I don’t have another option. I have def seen a decrease in activity.
