I'd say probably Ashe from 3 Houses.
I'd also say Nel from Engage.
If DLC isn't allowed then Alfred (outside Bunet I think most characters are useful in Engage to some degree but I know he's not generally high on ppls useage).

Speaking of things I need to do again, I need to replay FF7 Rebrith. Just to see Vincent Valentine again. Can't get enough of that man. I mean, come on just look at him.
Also side note, I really like Galius Beast's redesign. It's so cool! Can't wait to play as Vincent in the 3rd game.
