Your argument undermines itself. The Law of Large Numbers means that the higher the sample count the more their average will converge on the true value (which should mean a flat trend, like we see in the much lower qty hand count chart).

To my understanding, the May letter wasn't explicitly a "No", it was just a "we did all the things we are legally required to". So ETA then sought a proper "No", which they got more recently which also pointed back to the letter. While I've never been through a lawsuit with a government, I have/1

ETA explained in some of their posts and videos about PA that to ensure their case had the best chance in court, they needed to first ask the government politely for audits and be denied, lest the courts be like "well did you ask?" Very recently they got that firm rejection, now they can proceed.

That point is moot if you don't respect the privacy for the sake of safety aspect and if you're asking in bad faith. :)

The fact I even need to list them, which is truly impossible with any character limit, shows which side you're truly on here. Everyone is aware of how spiteful and litigious this man is.

To be clear, in a day and age when a wanna-be authoritarian president is imprisoning, suing, deporting, and threatening everyone he doesn't like, you want people who are actively attempting to prove that said president committed serious crimes to reveal themselves more than they feel comfortable?

What exactly are you hoping for them to show you to prove their legitimacy to you? Also there's plenty of information about Nathan Taylor (Head of Advocacy & PE) in their videos, he lists his credentials often. They also have a few other public members sprinkled throughout their videos.
