Today marks the one-year anniversary of my mother's passing, according to the Chinese calendar.
It’s been incredibly hard, and I miss her deeply. Grieving has been an overwhelming challenge each day.

Last year, I promised my mom I would continue the tradition of cooking for our ancestors during Lunar New Year. It means so much to me to keep this promise and honor her memory. I hope they enjoy the food I prepared today. ❤️ #LunarNewYear #HonoringOurAncestors
