Yes. I have been saying since 2016 that Republicans and their monstrous policies make me mad. But the Democrats make me feel hopeless. They are spineless, corporate backed, and increasingly are just an opposition party in a performative sense. No action at all.

Look. I don't like the shutdown anymore than most, BUT if the democrats don't walk away with the ACA extension, these democrats are all spineless. I mean...that was the whole point. And I am sorry, a mear promise by a Republican is worth zero.

The Trump admin caring about low income families being fed (as they claimed) is absurd.
(1) As if aiming for peak irony he held a great Gatsby ball hours before SNAP expires.
(2) They are only releasing HALF of what is needed. And
(3) If they cared they would have had a plan for this from day 1!

Honestly? If he helps fascilitate a real and long-standing deal for peace between Israel and all it's neighbors. From Gaza to Iran. And can put Palestine on a path to fully recognized independent statehood? Yes. Give it to him. But there is no WAY Netanyahu will allow for it.

At min. an experienced shooter. But what makes things worse is Patel's FBI announcing they had someone in the immediate aftermath. (1) Patel is a bungling idot. (2) That announcement impeded the hunt for the shooter as both law enforcement AND the public let up giving the person more time to escape.

Veteran here. And I have been thinking the same. The fact that it was an on target, single shot, at range and the shooter escaped is very suspicous. Especially if the Trump administration is going to go with a lone leftist as the culprit. It does not add up at all.

NO.ONE.SHOULD.BE.KILLED. No matter how horrible their comments are.
But let's not whitewash his career because of this tragedy. He was a hateful, unempathetic, and cruel person, violence was not the answer, AND I have empathy for his family. All these things can be true at the same time.

I am sorry. I was alive in the 90s and Oasis was on the radar for sure with a couple great and timeless songs. But am I in an alternate reality? Just been seeing a lot of Oasis articles of late like they were the Beatles of the 90s. I have no recollection of them being that big of a deal?

The blame starts with Biden. Then the democratic establishment (including media) who covered for him. Next, Harris herself who really thought it was a great idea to muscle Walz, not take a stand on virtually anything, brag that she is endorsed by corporate America, and hold hands with the Cheneys.

The identity politics is not the story. Age, gender, race...young people want a hopeful future. Politicians (particularly democratic ones) need to propose policy that moves us forward AND actually fight for and deliver on it. Not merely pay lip service to the issues like Biden did with student debt.
