It has been almost 6 months, and I have lost another 6% of my original body weight. It’s pretty crazy to think about.

I have lost just over 161 pounds over the last 4 years and weigh less than I have since middle school.

First real workout in many years and first one ever rowing. I have no clue how it stacks up (and honestly don’t care), but am posting it so I have a baseline starting point to refer back to.

I feel like I have graduated into a weird form of adulthood. I just had a piece of fitness equipment delivered and I was both excited to get it and enjoying using it as soon as it was setup.

To make it better (or worse), I am really looking forward to using it.

It’s been a crazy four years of life with bad and good happening that I have not shared with many people.

Wrapped up divorce proceedings a year and a half ago.

Got custody of both of my kids three years ago.

Have been promoted three times.

Have lost 41% of my body weight without surgery.

Horimiya is still one of the best anime’s that I have watched and/or rewatched in years.

Keeping with the consistency of my posting life, I made a new recipe for the kids and I tonight and the taste has lived up to the smell as it cooked.

It has been many years since i have posted anything and wanted to thank those who have been with me for the changes those years have brought.

Being given an invite by one of you to come here has been appreciated and I am looking forward to not being a stranger.
