Can we reach an agreement with other blue states and stop paying federal taxes so we can use that money for what the Coloradans need? I.e clean energy credits, Medicaid, etc

I am the daughter of a Jewish man, and I don’t agree what Netanyahu is doing, neither my family in Israel. He needs to look for a peaceful resolution and end this war.
