The worst part is that the taskbar issues only happen in 23H2 and onwards.
21H2 & 22H2 (which were no longer supported before W10 lost support) still have the taskbar able to be moved about.
I'm on a 21H2 and despite not getting major updates, I've not had any issues with my system. 😅

I uh. Don't think I calibrate mine at all. I honestly need to upgrade my Tablet Monitor due to the fact it has VERY outdated software that's not available anymore.
If I were to go to a new OS like Linux, would pretty much not operate anymore.

Yeah you're not the only one. My buddy Austin and I are both in agreeance that it's just not good. Seems like people on their Discord are also upset.

Will likely come back to it at a much later date. Not because it's impossible for me to learn, but so I can put pure focus onto it.
