The Absolute Batman Killer Croc design is metal as all hell.
I'm hoping that instead of making him a villian. They go for the Horror Hero route.
He now has an insatiable craving for human flesh, but doesn't wanna hurt innocent people. So he eats Nazi's, Murderers, ICE and Pedophiles in Gotham.

This will get you to the ring shop/unlock it.
It randomly selects two skins every hour. This includes the base Sonic roster and avatars to waste space.
The characters cost 3,000 rings. Which fortunately can be grinded really fast.
But just set a timer every hour and check. (2/
