Oh wow, same thing was argued in the 60’s. I’ll say, the school leagues suffered for talent - all in the ‘private’ leagues. But slow and slower me got to play in school league.

Offering Medicare on the ACA exchange is a start we had hoped for way back when. Also, and think i heard this first the Pivot podcast, incrementally reduce the age at which Medicare becomes thee option - lessen the shock of UHC in fell swoop. Oh and we need firm laws that are litigation immune
