Trump is now claiming that he supports temporary work visas because "I have many on my properties," meaning that if they're good for him and tech oligarchs like Musk, he's for them.
This is only the latest sign that we're going to see this whole process thoroughly corrupted:

I think we could see mass deportations selectively applied: In blue areas, highly-publicized raids; in some red areas, Trump-allied Rs and favored industries quietly secure forbearance.
