that, and it helps with relationships too. I can draw hands and feet individually, but the connection and transition to the arm and leg are something to practice too, so may as well continue, then the shoulder connection to the torso, etc

This is me too. My brain can't do studies all the time, and even when I do them, I just make it into a whole piece, not just the small picture or sketch.
